DVD Production
DVD production is A440 Media's strength. The format allows for our system of Reality Marketing to function in its best form.
If you need a Marketing Film, corporate advertising, college film, DVD production, or interactive media, the best way to accomplish this is through a DVD production from A440 Media.
Much like a traditional DVD which you would watch on your TV, an Interactive DVD may contain many hours of video. Unlike a traditional DVD, however, an Interactive DVD may contain highly interactive content which can be accessed on a computer.
1. Enhanced Branded Content
Reality Marketing is a method of producing enhanced branded content. It’s a different approach to creating the stories being told. But more importantly, it’s also a new way of seamlessly blending in multiple layers on the marketing spectrum: branding, soft sell, and the hard sell. Wrapping these three elements into engaging content, without disconnecting with the viewer, is the role of Reality Marketing.
2. Content
So, let’s start with the first piece: The content. It’s a storyline that is compelling enough to function on its own to engage your specific audience. Essentially, think of yourself here not as a marketer, but as a content provider, giving your prospects something they would pay attention to anyway, regardless of the message involved. This is how you acquire the leverage needed to build the foundation of an experience.
3. Brand
The second layer mixes in your brand, creating “branded content.” Through a clever weaving of your product or service into the storyline, this layer acts to create an underlying feeling or image about your product or service. Branded content is replacing the old models of advertising—30-second commercials are being skipped, and corporate films are being ignored. People are expecting more from what they put their attention on, and by integrating your brand with something they choose to engage in, you can get your message through the clutter. This is where traditional Branded Content ends.
4. Soft Sell
A440 Media’s programs continue with another layer: the soft sell. This is an indirect way of showing the features and benefits of your product or service, without hitting the audience over the head with them. Since the information is revealed implicitly, this layer essentially creates room for the viewer to make judgments on their own about what they are seeing. In effect, it leads them by asking more questions than telling statements.
5. Hard Sell
The last level of the spectrum, and the most compelling to create action, is the hard sell.
Prior to our method, if you included specific reasons to make a purchase during a branded content program, you risked the alienation of the audience. For example, if a character pauses in the middle of a car chase, looks to his friend in the passenger seat and remarks, “Boy, I’m glad I decided to get the optional 6 cylinder turbo engine!” the content loses all credibility and the message will be ignored. A440 Media developed Reality Marketing to have it both ways.
It goes beyond what is traditionally known as “permission-based marketing,” because not only is the viewer giving permission to entertain or inform them with your brand, but they are also giving permission to show them the explicit features and benefits of what you are selling.
